The heat carrier "SANFIX" is intended for use as a working fluid in autonomous heating systems with natural and forced circulation systems, as well as in refrigeration units and air conditioning systems of private residential buildings, administrative, industrial and other premises all year round. It has anti-corrosion properties, is highly compatible with plastic and rubber parts, is not aggressive to steel and non-ferrous metals, and does not allow scale formation. High heat capacity allows it to accumulate and release a large amount of heat.

Temperature range: from -35°C to +110°C

COMPOSITION: propylene glycol, carboxylate package of anti-corrosion additives, chemically demineralized water, fluorescent dye (will indicate where the leak is).

PURPOSE

- Make sure your system is tight.
- Check for "excess" air and pressure test the system.
- Check connections, transitions, fittings and other elements for leaks.
- Determine the volume required for filling (internal volume of the radiator + internal volume of the boiler + internal volume of all pipes = V).
- Make sure the expansion tank volume is correct, which should be at least 10% of the total filling volume.
- Fill the entire volume of the product through the boiler cover or other opening in accordance with the operating instructions for your equipment.
- Set the pump power to sub-maximum speed to improve circulation and reduce the viscosity of the coolant.
- Make further adjustments in accordance with the operating instructions for your equipment.
- Use rubber gloves when working with the coolant.
Not recommended: Dilute with ordinary water, as this may lead to precipitation containing phenolic additives. Use in other economic activities. Mix this coolant with coolants from other manufacturers, as this may lead to the loss of the declared characteristics and properties.
Allowed: Mix this coolant with distilled water. It is recommended to use the finished product to achieve maximum performance. Dilution should only be used in extreme cases, as this may lead to undesirable consequences.
