The heat carrier "SANFIX" is a universal solution for heating and air conditioning systems. Suitable for cottages, small buildings, industrial and commercial facilities, multi-storey buildings, villages and sports facilities (for example, for cooling ice arenas and heating football fields). Can be used all year round in systems with heating boilers of any type and on any fuel (except electrode boilers). It has anti-corrosion properties, is well compatible with plastic and rubber parts, does not damage steel and non-ferrous metals, prevents scale formation, and due to its high heat capacity effectively accumulates and releases heat.

Temperature range: from -35°C to +105°C.

Not recommended for use in: Electrode boilers of the Galan type / Systems with natural circulation / In systems with zinc coating of pipes.

COMPOSITION: propylene glycol, carboxylate package of anti-corrosion additives, prepared water, fluorescent dye (will indicate where the leak is).

PURPOSE

PREPARING THE SYSTEM BEFORE USE. Before filling the coolant, it is necessary to pre-flush the system and check for leaks. If a leak is detected, drain the liquid, eliminate the leaks and test again.
FILLING THE SYSTEM. Calculate the volume of the system required for filling by adding up the internal volumes of the heating elements, the boiler and all pipes. Check that the volume of the expansion tank is at least 10% of the total filling volume of the system. Fill the coolant into the system through the boiler cover or another opening in accordance with the instructions for your equipment. To improve circulation and reduce the viscosity of the coolant, adjust the pump power, setting the speed close to maximum.
Perform other settings in accordance with the instructions for your equipment.
When working with the coolant, be sure to use rubber gloves.

Not recommended: Dilute with ordinary water, this may lead to the precipitation of a sediment containing phenolic additives. Use in other economic activities. Mix this coolant with coolants from other manufacturers, as this may lead to the loss of the declared characteristics and properties.

Allowed: Mix this coolant with demineralized water. It is recommended to use the finished product to achieve maximum performance indicators. Dilution should be resorted to only in extreme cases, as this may lead to undesirable consequences.
