USED ​​STANDALONE AND AS A SECOND PHASE OF CLEANING TO NEUTRALIZE ACID SOLUTION RESIDUES

ALKALINE-BASED CLEANING AGENT FLUSHING
FROM ORGANIC, BIOLOGICAL, AND TECHNOLOGICAL CONTAMINANTS

PROPERTIES:
• Effectively flushes out loosened carbonate deposits;
• Neutralizes acidic cleaning agent residues;

• Removes fat and glycol residues, organic microflora;
• Coats the metal surface with a protective film, preventing further corrosion;

Composition: alkaline base, surfactants, and alkali corrosion inhibitors.

Suitable for: steel, stainless steel, copper, light metal alloys, brass, and aluminum

It is essential to use an alkaline cleaner after using an acid so that the alkali can completely remove loosened spots and quench the acidic environment, providing a protective effect for the future.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FLUSH ALL THE ACID FROM THE SYSTEM WITH SIMPLE WATER. IN ANY CASE, A HIGHLY ACIDIC ENVIRONMENT WILL REMAIN AT THE SPOTS, WHICH WILL FURTHER LEAD TO THE SPREAD OF CORROSION.

PURPOSE

Directions for use:
1. Drain the acid cleaning agent from the system (if an acid flush was performed). Drain the used coolant (water or antifreeze) from the system, then flush the system with clean running water. If contamination is significant, flush until the drained water runs clear.
2. Prepare the working solution: mix 10 liters of SANFIX NEUTRALIZER with 50 liters of water.
3. Pour the resulting solution into the system and flush:
- when used as a standalone solution, maintain the temperature no higher than 80°C.
No heating is required during the second phase flush;
- flush duration: 5–8 hours;
- ensure free release of carbon dioxide released during the flushing process by venting the system to the atmosphere.
4. Drain the used solution, then thoroughly flush the system with clean water.
5. If necessary, repeat the procedure (steps 2-4).

Reflush parameters:
10 liters of reagent with 90 liters of water,
reflush duration: 1-2 hours.

Precautions:
Must wear hand, eye, and upper respiratory protection. If reagent comes into contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water and apply petroleum jelly.

Storage: Reagents must be stored out of the reach of children, in a tightly sealed container, at temperatures above 0ºC. At temperatures above 32ºF, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Pour into white canisters (not transparent); additional film protection is not required. However, do not store in direct sunlight.
