HEAT CARRIER CONCENTRATE "SANFIX"
A high-quality new generation carrier is intended for use in heating systems with different types of heating boilers, in air conditioning systems and secondary circuits of refrigeration units operating in the temperature range from -65°C to +108°C.
Does not form carcinogenic compounds during operation. Not aggressive to plastic and rubber elements.
Used in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions.

Not recommended for use in: Electrode boilers of the Galan type / Systems with natural circulation / In systems with zinc coating of pipes.

COMPOSITION: premium ethylene glycol, prepared water, a complex of anti-foam and anti-corrosion additives, dye.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not take internally, in case of contact with eyes and skin - rinse with plenty of running water, in case of contact internally - consult a doctor. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children and pets. Store and use at moderate and low temperatures down to -65°C.
Fire and explosion safe according to GOST 12.1.044. Non-hazardous cargo according to GOST 19433-88.
DISPOSAL: Waste generated during use of the product should be taken to specialized collection points, such as car service stations. It is prohibited to drain them into open ground, water supply systems or sewers.

PURPOSE

PREPARING THE SYSTEM BEFORE USE. Before filling the coolant, it is necessary to pre-flush the system and check for leaks. If a leak is detected, drain the liquid, eliminate the leaks and test again.
FILLING THE SYSTEM. Calculate the volume of the system required for filling by adding up the internal volumes of the heating elements, the boiler and all pipes. Check that the volume of the expansion tank is at least 10% of the total filling volume of the system. Fill the coolant into the system through the boiler cover or another opening in accordance with the instructions for your equipment. To improve circulation and reduce the viscosity of the coolant, adjust the pump power, setting the speed close to maximum.
Perform other settings in accordance with the instructions for your equipment.
When working with the coolant, be sure to use rubber gloves.
Not recommended: Dilute with ordinary water, this may lead to the precipitation of a sediment containing phenolic additives. Use in other economic activities. Mix this coolant with coolants from other manufacturers, as this may lead to the loss of the declared characteristics and properties.
