Preparation:
1. Connect flexible hoses to the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger (coil, heating system) - this will close the circulation loop.
2. Fill the tank with water up to the MIN mark.
3. Ensure the tank lid remains open throughout the flushing process - this is mandatory.
4. Connect the pump to a 220V outlet.
Starting and adjusting the flow
5. Set the reverse control to one of the extreme positions - never leave it in the middle.
6. Turn on the pump (switch to position I or II). Water will initially rise in both hoses, then, when operating pressure is reached, it will begin to flow through one of them. The intensity of the circulation can be used to roughly assess the degree of contamination.
Adding the reagent and monitoring the process
7. Pour the descaling concentrate into the tank and monitor the circulation of the mixture (water + concentrate).
If the cleaning process is ineffective, you can add more product.
Important: Do not exceed the solution temperature above 50°C.
Monitor the foam level: it should not rise above the MAX mark.
Helpful hint: with heavy deposits, large pieces of scale may break off and temporarily block the pipes.
This is a risk during intensive flushing; take it into account when assessing the process speed.
How to tell if cleaning is complete
8. Flushing is complete when the color of the incoming and outgoing liquid in the hoses has evened out and bubbles no longer appear in the flow.
9. For best results, reverse the flow direction and let the pump run for another 5-10 minutes.
Completion
10. To drain the solution, unscrew one of the hose connections; the liquid will return to the pump tank.
11. After use, completely drain the tank. Rinse the pump and hoses with plain water. This significantly extends the service life of the equipment.
